Ezen törekvéseknek megfelelően folyamatosan keressük az új csapattagokat, akik egyéniségükkel és tehetségükkel tovább gazdagítják a „Sony családot”. Az SPE egyenlő esélyeket biztosít minden csapattagjának mind a felvételi eljárás, mind a munkafeltételek terén. Egy alkalmazott sem részesül kedvezőtlenebb bánásmódban életkora, faji, nemi, vallási, nemzeti- vagy etnikai hovatartozása, bőrszíne, szexuális orientációja, családi állapota, hátrányos helyzete vagy  - adott esetben - szakszervezeti tagsága miatt.
